These Terms govern your use of personaevent.com and any sourcing request you send us. By using the website you accept them.

2. What we do
Persona is an event agency and intermediary. We source venues, hotels and event services on your behalf, negotiate rates and manage the event on the ground. We are not a hotel, a venue or an exhibition organiser, and we do not own the facilities we source.
3. Requests are not bookings
Submitting the form on this website creates a request for options. It is not a booking, a reservation or a binding contract, and it does not oblige either side to proceed. Nothing is confirmed until a written confirmation or contract is issued and, where applicable, signed.
4. Quotes and prices
Options and prices we share are provided by third-party hotels and venues, are subject to availability, and may change until confirmed. Unless we state otherwise, prices are in AED. Taxes and charges such as the Tourism Dirham may apply in addition to a quoted rate.
Where the contract is issued in your company’s name, the terms of the hotel or venue — including their cancellation and payment terms — apply to that booking.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate and complete information in your request, and confirm that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the company you name. You may not use this website unlawfully, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
6. Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website belong to Persona and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
7. Liability
The website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts or omissions of third-party hotels, venues and suppliers. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
8. Privacy
Personal data you send us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
